国际贸易函电作者：张干周 Table of Contents Introduction An offer is a promise to supply goods on the terms and conditions stated ．Making an offer is the first step in business negotiation ． There are two kinds of offers ．One is the firm offer ，the other is the non-firm offer. A sales or promotional letter is to persuade the buyers into accepting the priced goods.
