编号 论文 题目： WinCC组态软件应用 物联网工程 学院专业 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 二〇一二年 摘 要 在社会经济快速增长的同时，一些地方的水质已经遭到工业和城市生活污水的污染，从而加剧了水资源的短缺，严重制约社会经济的可持续发展。中国污水处理自控系统相对落后，污水处理成本居高不下，污水厂排放的处理过的污水的水质不稳定，污水处理系统中的曝气过程控制、数据通讯和监控管理是急需解决的主要问题。随着计算机技术、自动化技术和网络通讯技术的发展，先进的污水处理监控系统涌现出来，但大部分系统只是简单的实现一些工艺参数监测，而不能实现在线监控。 本文详细描述了污水处理过程监控系统的实现，利用WINCC组态软件虚拟仪器开发人机界面，用户可以在监控室对整个污水处理工艺流程进行直观的监控；现场的流量计、液位计和PH仪负责采集集水井、调节池和MUASB池的流量、液位和PH值，通过PROFIBUS-DP总线和RS-485总线实现工控机与智能仪表的通信连接，把采集到的数据送往智能仪表与PLC，同时各水池的水泵或电机将各自工作状态上传至下位机PLC；WINCC使用CP5611 通讯卡通过PROFIBUS与西门子S7-300 PLC连接。通过WINCC界面，用户可以使污水处理厂的操作实现简单易行、直观清晰。 关键词：污水处理； WINCC；界面；PLC； Abstract In the rapid economic growth, a number of local water quality has been polluted by industrial and urban sewage pollution, adding to the shortage of water resources, severely restricts the sustainable development of social economy. Sewage treatment automatic control system in China is relatively backward, sewage treatment cost remains high, the discharge of wastewater treatment plant with sewage water quality is not stable, sewage treatment system of aeration process control, data communication and monitoring management is the main problems needed to resolve. Along with the computer technology, automation technology and network communication technology development, advanced sewage treatment monitoring system emerged, but most of the system is simply implementing some process parameters of monitoring, and cant realize the online monitoring. This paper describes the detailed online and remote monitoring of sewage treatment control system is realized, using WINCC virtual instrument development platform established man-machine interface, users could monitor the sewage treatment in monitoring room.
