《上海水产大学学报》2004 年第 3 期 再论水产电子商务与网上渔市 卢卫平，吴维宁1 （上海水产大学现代信息与教育技术中心，上海 200090 ） 摘要：网上渔市作为水产电子商务平台，可以适应、满足都市渔业和水产电子商务发展 的双重需求。有利于提升水产行业的科技水平，形成有形市场与无形市场联动，大市场、大 流通格局；可以减少有形市场对土地资源的浪费，减轻噪音、污水、污物等环境污染；实现 跨国跨地区、随时随地交易，提高水产企业在国际贸易中的竞争力。网上渔市要能够同时实 现现货采购，网上竞拍，反向拍卖等多种交易模式，主要由水产品交易区、交易讨论区、渔 市服务区等组成。水产品分级评估和交易信用保障是制约网上渔市成功运营的两大重要因 素。网上渔市创建风险主要来自于系统、环境和市场。 关键词：电子商务，水产，交易平台，网上渔市 Rediscussion on fishery ebusiness online fishery market LU Wei-ping WU Wei-ning (Modern Information Education Technical Center, Shanghai Fisheries University, Shanghai 200090, China) Abstract ：Online fishery market (OFM) is a fishery e-business platform that can meet dual need both on urban fishery and fishery e-business development. Firstly, OFM can promote the scientific lever of fishery industry and improve the linkage between tangible market and virtual ones in order to form a great market great circulation structure. Secondly, OFM can decrease the waste of land resources caused by many tangible markets and reduce environmental pollution of noise, sewage feculence. Thirdly, OFM can transact among transnational or trans-regional parties unrestricted by time or trading area so as to enhance the competitive ability of fishery industry in the international trade. In order to reach synchronously many various business modes such as spot stock, online auction and reverse auction, an OFM must have seafood trading system, a discussion area for trading and one service area for the market. There are two important elements in OFM operation which are rating of seafood and credit guarantee in trading. The establishing risks of OFM construction come from system, environment and market.
