摘 要 课题申报成果管理系统是政府机构实现对活动有效管理的一个平台。系统将科研活动中各个部分有机的结合在一起，利用计算机与互联网的优势，实现对的网络式管理。为了满足的性能要求，实现系统静态与动态页面的相互分离，系统采用JSP和SQL Server2000数据库相结合的开发模式。论文首先论述了系统的开发背景和设计目标，并对系统开发所采用的技术进行相应的简单介绍。在系统分析中，对系统的模型进行简单分析，明确系统的操作流程，并对系统进行可行性分析，确定在目前的条件下，开发是可行的。在需求分析结果的基础上，对系统的功能模块进行划分。接着对系统中的数据库进行模型设计，包括数据流图、实体联系图及数据表结构。在系统的设计与实现中，确定系统的开发思想以及配置开发环境，并对系统中关键技术JavaBean进行设计。成果申报，JSP技术，JavaBean，功能模块ABSTRACT The declaring management system of scientific research results is a platform for the government to manage the scientific activities effectively. Combining each part of the scientific researches organically, the system put the net-like management of the scientific researches into effect by taking the advantages of the computer and the Internet. To satisfy the performance requirements of the system and realize the separation of static and dynamic Web pages, the system uses JSP combining with SQL Server 2000 database as the development model. The paper begins by discussing the development background and design objectives of the system, and then makes a brief introduction of the technologies used in developing the system. In the system analysis, analyze of the system module briefly, identify the system operating procedures and conduct a feasibility analysis to the system ensuring that the declaring management system of scientific research results is feasible under the current conditions. Divide the function module basing on the results of the needs analysis. And then design the system database model including data flow diagrams, ER diagram and data table structure. In the process of designing and implementing the system, fix the development idea and allocation development environment as well as design the key technology— JavaBean in the system. At the end of the disquisition,a functional analysis tells that both before and after application of the system may have different function,and the application may bring the change of the declaring management system of scientific research results.
