安定保留灌肠与静脉给药治疗小儿惊厥的比较分析 摘要:目的 比较安定保留灌肠与静脉给药治疗小儿惊厥的效果及安定对呼吸抑制副作用的比较。方法 2005年9月至2013年7月对我院门诊急救的70例小儿惊厥患儿随机分为两组：用剂量相同的安定保留灌肠组（观察组）及安定静脉注射给药组（对照组），每组35例，比较两组患儿用安定后的起效、维持时间及药物的呼吸抑制副作用。结果 两组患儿起效及维持时间比较差异无统计学意义( P0. 05) ；药物的呼吸抑制副作用比较差异有统计学意义( P 0. 01) 。结论 用剂量相同的安定保留灌肠与静脉给药的起效及维持时间无明显差异，但安定保留灌肠未出现静脉给药的呼吸抑制的副作用，且操作简单。安定保留灌肠法治疗小儿惊厥具有安全、起效快、易操作、实用性强,以便推广使用。 关键词: 安定保留灌肠与静脉给药; 小儿惊厥; 临床比较 Comparison?analysis?of?diazepam?retention?enema?and?intravenous?administration?for?treating?children?convulsion KE Wei, Department of Pediatrics，Renmin Hospital，hubei university of medicine，Shiyan，Hubei 442000,China; Liang Yongxia, Renmin Hospital，hubei university of medicine，Shiyan，Hubei 442000,China; LIANG Rui，Department of Pediatrics, Taihe Hospital, hubei university of medicine， Shiyan Hubei 442000,China. Result The differences of the oneset and sustained time between two groups were not significant.（P0.05）；The differences of respiratory depression side effect between two groups were significant.（P0.01）Conclusion There were no visible differences in oneset and sustained time between two groups,but diazepam retention enema method did not cause respiratory depression and it’s more pratical and convenient.
