Drug Evaluation Research 第 34 卷 第 5 期 2011 年 10 月 - 367 - ADVIA 2120 血液分析仪常用实验动物血液白细胞分类性能评价 # # * 胡 曼 ，李春雨 ，郭传敏，申秀萍，张宗鹏 天津药物研究院 天津市新药安全评价研究中心，天津 300193 摘 要：目的 对 ADVIA 2120 血液分析仪实验动物白细胞分类性能进行评价。方法 将 ADVIA 2120 血液分析仪常用实验 动物白细胞五项分类结果与手工镜检分类结果进行对比，运用 SPSS 17.0 软件对分类结果进行统计分析。结果 除比格犬、 Wistar 大鼠、食蟹猴嗜碱粒细胞外，其余各项白细胞分类结果仪器分类和手工镜检相比无显著差异（P ＞0.05 ），且相关性较 好（r ＞0.9 ）。结论 在仪器有白细胞相关提示警告时，无论各项分类指标是否在正常范围，应镜检为宜。 关键词：血液分析仪；白细胞；分类计数 中图分类号：R965.2 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1674 - 6376 (2011) 05 - 0367 - 03 Evaluation on classification of leukocytes of common laboratory animals by ADVIA 2120 Hematology Analyzer HU Man, LI Chun-yu, GUO Chuan-min, SHEN Xiu-ping, ZHANG Zong-peng Tianjin Centre for Drug Safety Evaluation and Research, Tianjin Institute of Pharmaceutical Research, Tianjin 300193, China Abstract: Objective To evaluate the results of leukocyte classifying counts by ADVIA 2120 Hematology Analyzer. Methods The differential leukocyte counts by ADVIA 2120 Hematology Analyzer were compared with those of manual blood smears under microscopy. The results were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results It showed that the relativity of two methods for classification of leukocytes was remarkable (r0.9) and there was no significant difference (P0.05) between them, except for the basophils of Beagle’s dogs, Wistar rats, and cynomolgus monkeys. Conclusion The results suggest that when the analyzer warns, it is better to analyze them under microscopy, regardless of whether the classification index in the normal range.
