342 天坛国际脑血管病会议 Tiantan International Stroke Conference 急性脑梗死CD4 CD8 CD4/CD8 和CRP 变化及其意义的研究 郭振华 陈景红 高俊淑 齐亚超 赵大卫 冯亚青 河北省人民医院神经内科 050051 摘要 目的 探讨急性脑梗死CD4 CD8 CD4/CD8 和CRP 变化及其意义 方法 应用流式细胞仪测定36 例发病72 小时内急性脑梗死患者及健康对照组32 例血清中CD4 CD8 CD4/CD8 及C-反应蛋白 CRP 水平, 并根据神经功能缺损标准将脑梗死组分为轻 中 重三型 就CD4 CD8 和CRP 与脑梗死的轻重关系进行分析 结果 与健康对照组相比急性脑梗死组中 重型CD4 CD4/CD8 明显降低 CD8 CRP 明显升高而轻型脑梗死组 变化不明显 脑梗死随着病情加重 CD4 明显减低 结论 炎症反应参与了急性脑梗死的发病过程 急性脑梗死后 患者免疫功能发生紊乱 并与其病情轻重有关 关键词 脑梗死 CD4 CD8 CD4/CD8 CRP The studay on the level of CD4 CD8 CD4/CD8 and CRP in the patients with acute cerebcerebral infarction Abstract Objective: To study the significence of the change of the level of CD4 CD8 CD4/CD8 and CRP in the patients with actue cerebral infaction. Methods: the level of CD4 CD8 CD4/CD8 and CRP of 36 patients with actue cerebral infaction within 72hours and 32 nomal contrast ,were measured by using Flow CytoMeter( FCM) and the group of cerebral infarction was divided into three subtype such as the mild, the middle and the severe according to the defect of neulogical function.the relationship among the mild,middle and sever were analysed.results:the level of CD4 CD4/CD8 decreased and that of CD8 CRP comparatly increased in the middle and severe subtype of group of cerebral infarction contrasted to that of the nomal,whreas the change of that of the mild subtype is not appearantly. the more severe the cerebral infarctino the lower of the level of CD4.conclusion:inflammation was related to the disease of cerebral infarction.the immunity of patients with cerebral infarction was disturbance and is related to the severety of the disease.
