怒江人口较少民族文化传承对教育特色的依托 　　【摘要】云南人口较少，民族具有少数民族的特色，它们是民族文化的瑰宝。当今世界各国为各民族平等而推进多元文化教育，联合国也呼吁各国保护世界物质与非物质文化遗产。怒江州2.88万人口的怒族和的独龙族就是云南人口较少民族中的两朵民族文化之花。一方水土成就一方文化的自然性和不可再生性，信息化时代发展的速度与范围的空前规模，都使得民族文化的传承出现了困难，准确地说已经发生了危机。我们对怒江州少数民族中、小学学生、教师以及学生家长进行民族文化风俗传承、民族特色教育方面做了实地调查。调查发现，中、小学教育方式、教育内容与内地趋同，缺少有特色的少数民族文化课程；中学民族生课业负担较重，难以突出民族教育特色也就难以传承民族文化。为了56个民族大家庭的圆满，为了有效传承人口较少民族的文化，须以教育、教育特色为依托。 　　【关键词】人口较少民族 文化传承 教育特色 　　Nujiang ethnic Population Less distinctive cultural heritage on the basis of education 　　Su Bing-ye， Ma Xiang-lin， Su Qing-xiang 　　（1.The Art Institute of Yunnan Normal University，Yunnan Kunming 650023；2.3.Collage of Teacher Education ，Kunming University，Yunnan Kunming650214，China） 　　【Abstract】Yunnan ethinc groups with small populations with young ethinc characteristics，they are the treasure of national culture. In todays world multicultural education for ethnic equality， the United Nations has called on countries to protect the material and non-material cultural heritage in the world. First 28800 population of clan and drung is yunnan ethnic groups with small populations of two flower of national culture. A party soil achievement one party culture naturalness and irrefragable， of the development of the information age speed and range of an unprecedented scale， makes the inheritance of national culture appeared difficulties， accurately say the crisis has already occurred. We first ethnic minority students in primary and secondary schools， teachers and parents on national culture custom， national characteristic education made a field survey. Survey found that， in the primary school education mode， education content and the mainland convergence， lack of distinctive ethnic culture courses； School ethnic students schoolwork burden is heavier， to highlight the characteristics of national education is to inheriting the national culture.
