To make the company more hasten is perfect performance system, make enterprise maintain long-term competitive advantage, in traditional performance evaluation system of the company introducing non-financial indicators imperative. This paper discusses the non-financial indicators in the performance evaluation system of the enterprise should have the application suggestion non-financial indicators used in combination with financial indicators to improve enterprise financial letter system of enterprise strategy to promote enterprise management level of relevance enhancement.
