州火车站南北区钢屋盖合拢施工技术 郭剑 金平 (上海宝冶集团有限公司,上海 200941) [摘要] 新建苏州火车站钢屋盖跨度大(132m),施工时间长达3 年,南北区站房先后施工,采用累积同步滑移施工技 术从两端往中央推进,在站房中央设刚性合拢区,合拢施工技术难度大。根据工程特点以及合拢施工要求,选择合理 的施工方法,确定合拢线、合拢时间,制订有效的监测、保障措施,消除沉降、温度等不利因素影响。合拢过程结构 安全以及内力变形满足设计要求,施工技术可为类似工程提供参考。 [关键词] 苏州火车站; 大跨度钢结构;合拢; 施工技术 [中图分类号] TU 745.2 [文献标识码] A Construction Technique of Steel roof for Closure Between North-south Zones in Suzhou Railway Station Guo Jian, Jin ping (Shanghai Baoy e Group co. , Ltd. , Shanghai 200941, China) Abstract: The span of steel roof in new Suzhou Railway Station is 132m large and the construction time is up to three years. The station buildings were constructed successively in north and south zones. Cumulative synchronous sliding technique was advanced from both ends toward the center and rigid closed area was established in the central station building. Closure construction technique is rather difficult. According to the engineering characteristics and closure construction requirements, a reasonable construction method was selected to determine the closure line, closure time. Effective measures of both monitoring and security were evolved to eliminate the negative influence factors such as sedimentation and temperature. Structural safety and internal forces as well as deformation during closure can meet the design requirements. Construction techniques can provide reference for similar proj ects.
