Abstract
Nowadays getting an MBA has become more and more popular. People pay special attentions on management theories. But our ancestors have made great progresses in this field which can be seen from The Story of the Stone by Cao Xueqin. Cao illustrated three kinds of management theory: a. Aristocracy management，also known as Anglo-Saxon Capitalism, represented by Wang Xifeng. b. Benefit-oriented management mode, also known as Rhineland Capitalism, represented by Jia Tanchun. c.
