Now let me give you the constructive parts of my report. My first argument is the obligation of criminals. As we all know, since 1994 when the first Prison Law of China was put into practice, criminals have entitled wildly legal rights. which means that they can choose to die themselves. It is also moral obligation for criminals to die themselves, our country is the country where human rights are widely and highly respected and protected. Criminals have been limited in prison and they lost their physical freedom. But we must realize that the sprit of freedom is not only give you rights to live but also give you the rights to die.
