梅花小区小高层住宅楼设计概要 Sika small district of high-rise residential buildings 0303303*22 肖凯 指导老师：刘益虹 （湖南城市学院土木工程学院03级土木工程专业） 摘要：本次毕业设计是一幢小高层住宅楼，包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分内容。 建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑基地环境、使用功能选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑美观及经济等确定设计方案着重解决了建筑物与周围环境建筑物各种细部构造，画出建筑施工图。 结构设计是在建筑设计的基础上确定结构方案选择合理的结构体系进行结构布置，并初步估算确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。结构计算包括荷载计算、变形验算、内力分析及截面设计，并绘制相关的结构施工图。 本工程为住宅设计，因地处城市中心交通要道，在总体规划设计时，考虑到场地要求、绿化设施、其它功能要求，以及周围建筑物的影响，设计时采用对称结构。适用、安全、经济、使用方便的原则，空间合理，连接紧凑，主次分明，建筑空间的舒适度。关键词：抗震采光防火剪力墙结构Abstract：The paper is a graduate design of small high-rise building , including two parts of architectural and structural design . Architectural design is to determine desigan program on the premise of the comprehensive plan, considering the base environment, functionality, Comprehensive Selection, construction, materials, construction equipment, building aesthetics and economy in accordance with the design requirements of the task, Meanwhile，focusing on the Harmony of buildings and the surrounding environment and a variety of detailing handling，and drawing the charts of structure construction . Structural design is to determine structural program on the design of buildings identified，choosing a rational system structure for the structural layout, and preliminarily estimating and determining the size of structural component ,preparing structure calculation which including structural load calculation, checking deformation, stress analysis and design section, and the mapping of the structural drawings. The engineering ，designed for residential，is located in a traffic hub of a city center. In the overall planning and designing, taking into account the venue, green facilities, and other functional requirements, and the surrounding buildings, adopting the design of symmetric structure. In short, application, security, economic and user-friendly design is the principle of reasonable space of two connecting compact, boats, Building space comfort to be enhanced.
