绿色的跨越——上海风景园林60年 A Green Leep—Sixty Years of Shanghai Landscape Architecture 马云安 MA Yun-an 摘 要：经历了几代绿化林业工作者的努力，上海城市绿化事业经历了跨越式发展、功能性提升、体制性变化的重要阶段，获得“国 家园林城市”称号，并被授予“上海市文明行业”称号。60年来，上海城市绿化事业坚持以生态学理论为指导，基本形成了“环、楔、廊、 园、林”框架；坚持城乡统筹，初步确立了城乡一体化发展格局；坚持“四个转变”，有效调整了城市绿化发展模式；坚持科技兴业，不断提 升城市绿化建设管理水平；坚持关注民生，基本建立了城市绿地综合服务体系，走出了一条特大型城市绿化发展的特色道路。今后一 个阶段，上海城市绿化事业将以建设生态文明为主线，紧紧围绕上海建设“四个中心”和现代化国际大都市的总体目标，按照“四个率 先”的基本要求，扎实推进城市绿化发展，全面提升上海城市生态环境质量，为加快上海建设环境友好型、资源节约型城市作出新的贡 献。 关 键 词：风景园林；城市绿化；回顾总结；主要特点；发展趋势 文章编号：1000-6664(2009)10-0026-04 中图分类号：TU 986 文献标志码：A 收稿日期：2009-09-08；修回日期：2009-09-16 Abstract:Abstract: In the correct leaderships of previous municipal governments, and with the efforts of several generations of landscaping professionals, the urban landscaping cause has experienced the important periods of leaping development, functional development and institutional change, contributed to the construction of National Garden City, and has been entitled Shanghai Ethical Industry. In the past sixty years, the ecological theories was adhered to guide Shanghai urban landscaping. The framework of ring, wedge, corridor, garden, and forest has been basically formed, and the development pattern of urban and rural coordination and integration has been initially established. The four changes have been persisted in and the urban landscaping development mode is effectively adjusted. Science and technology is upheld and the level of urban landscaping construction management is constantly improved. Peoples livelihood is emphasized and the urban green space comprehensive service system is basically established.
