摘 要 本设计在整车总布置的基础上进行的，其指导思想是“以人为本”。在整车总布置提供了长、宽、高、轴距、轮距等的控制尺寸的前提下，再依据商务车的特点，取上海大众TOURAN为样本作为借鉴，运用人机工程学，保证驾驶员的工作效率和安全驾驶，以及乘坐舒适性。 运用人体工程学来进行高效的车身内部布置是汽车设计中的重要环节。确定驾驶员位置的H点便是整个车身布置当中的重中之重。首先根据中国成年人人体各个关节的数据标准将二维人体模型样板或杆系模型在车身布置图上安放，从而确定H点位置，并以此H点代表人体布置及乘坐的位置。根据以上人体尺寸可以确定眼椭圆、头廓包络线、手伸及界面等，运用眼椭圆确定前风窗、车门玻璃高度、A立柱、仪表固定面角度、仪表罩等的位置。运用头包络线可以校核车顶部以及车顶横梁的空间，通过手伸及面可以确定仪表板布置范围，通过人体模型确定前座椅、顶盖、车门内板、门立柱、后行李箱车门等。它对驾驶员乘坐舒适性、行车安全性、上下车方便性、操纵方便性和视野性都有重要的影响。一切通过参照相关的SAE、ISO、GB的标准进行多方面的协调。再运用UG的建模功能，以将以上的标准要求体现在车身布置图上并绘制出二维车身布置图。 关键词：车身布置，人机工程学，眼椭圆，手伸及界面，视野性 The Design of Bussiness Vehicle Package ABSTRACT This design is based on the general layout of the vehicle .Its Guiding ideology is “People-oriented” .With the supply of the auto’s length, width, height Spread of axies and Turn of distance, and according to the basic characteristics of the business car, using Shanghai Volkswagen TOURAN as a reference sample, using Ergonomics to guarantee Drivers‘s efficiency and safety of driving and driving comfort. How to package the auto-body efficiently with human engineering is a key point in automobile design. Deciding H point of the position of drivers is the most important in the vehicle body package.First,according to the Data of Chinese adult between joints the two-dimensional Manikin or stick model can be laid on picture of the layout of vehicle. According to the above of manikin dimension we can determine the eyellipse , head Envelope curve and hand reach etc. Using eyellipse we can confirm the location of the before louvers, glass door height, pillar A, fixed-meters, gauges enclosures.Through head pacel line we can determine the room of the dach and through the manikin dimension we can determine the location of the former seat, roof, door panels, door columns, door after suitcase. They have important impacts for man-machine relationships such as comfort，vision，safety and operationspaces,etc.,All should reference to the SAE, ISO, GB standards for various coordination.
