本 科 毕 业 设 计 摘 要 根据现行规范及相关标准以及设计要求对上海美丽华大酒店进行建筑及结构设计并确定施工方案。酒店为六层三跨，建筑面积约5㎡。课题的基本内容为：完成建筑扩初设计，完成建筑平面图、立面图和剖面图设计；完成结构施工图设计，完成建筑结构构件（板、梁、柱）设计，建筑物地基基础设计；完成工程施工方案的设计。选取了一榀框架进行计算，计算内容包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算、荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合、配筋计算等等。整个方案设计基本符合设计和结构要求，具有一定的合理性。在完成结构部分的手算之后，还应用PKPM软件进行电算，并与手算结果进行对比，对配筋进行修改，并绘制出各楼层梁、板、柱、基础、楼梯的结构施工图。 关键词：框架结构，建筑设计，结构设计，施工方案 Abstract According to the current specifications and related standards and design requirements of the building design the Shanghai Miramar Le Grand Large Hotel and determine the construction scheme.The hotel is six layers of three span, construction area of about 5054 square meters.The basic content of project: to complete the design of building expansion, the completion of construction plan, elevation and profile design;The completion of the construction drawing design structure, complete the structural component (plate, beam, column) design, design of building foundation;Completed the design of engineering construction scheme.Select a framework for load calculations, the calculation includes frame beam column section size selection and the linear stiffness calculation, load calculation, internal force calculation, internal force combination, the reinforcement calculation etc..The basic design of the entire programme to meet the requirements of the design and structure, it has certain rationality.After completion of the structure of the hand count, but also for computer application software PKPM, and the results were compared with the hand count, to modify the reinforcement,And draw the structure construction drawing each floor beams, plates, columns, base, the stairs.
