GCCCE2013 数字化考试现状分析与关键技术设计的个案研究 Case Study of Current State and Key Technical Design of Digital Examinations 刘玉侠*，王迎 国家开放大学考试中心 国家开放大学现代远程教育研究所 *sindylyx2008@ 【摘要】随着信息技术的迅猛发展和网络教育的普及，传统的纸质考试表现出愈来愈多的不适应，新鲜 出炉的数字化考试成为一种必然的选择。本研究依托国家开放大学的办学实践（目前在校生数约为全国远 程高等教育在校生数的2/3 ），在分析数字化考试的背景、现状和问题的基础上，依据考试学科的发展理念， 设计出数字化考试的关键技术。本研究提出国家开放大学数字化考试应遵循六项设计原则，即互通数据库 系统、注重考试科学性、融合信息技术、推进教学评一体化、实施多元化评价、发展模块化组合，并重点 对数字化考试进行了总体设计,同时在考试信息功效、信息技术与考试融合和人本化设计等关键技术上进行 了说明与分析。本研究希望能够希望进一步推进当前的考试改革和远程教育教学。 【关键字】数字化考试；技术设计；远程教育；个案研究 Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of online education, traditional paper-based examinations are becoming more and more out of place and digital examinations are becoming an inevitable choice. This study is based on the educational practices of the Open University of China (approximately 2/3 of all students enrolled in distance higher education in China are enrolled in the Open University of China system). It analyzes the background, current state and problems of digital examinations, and designs the key technologies for digital examinations. This study proposes six design principles for Open University of China digital examinations: interoperability of database systems, emphasis on scientific evaluation, integration of information technology, promotion of the concept of integrated teaching/learning/evaluation, diversified evaluation, and modular composition. Furthermore, the study analyzes key technical aspects such as the efficacy of examination data, the integration of technology and examinations, and humanistic design, with emphasis on the overall design of digital examinations.
