It was designed to promote student thought toward post-secondary adult life through daily classroom activities. 101 Transition Activities for the Classroom This document provides transition-based topics in five focus areas: Self-Determination/Self-Advocacy, IGP (Individual Graduation Plan), Career Exploration, Community, and Resources.
