摘要 铁路是国家的重要基础设施，在综合交通体系中占有重要地位，起着骨干作用我国铁路主要干线能力目前还十分紧张，除秦沈客运专线外，均为客货混跑模式，客运快速与货运重载难以兼顾，无法满足客货运输的需求。在繁忙干线建设客运专线，实现客货分线运输，能够大幅度提高铁路运输能力，分流既有线的大部分客车，缓解既有线运能紧张的局面，同时还可以满足大经济区。大城市的增量运输的需求，腾出既有线用来发展货物重载运输，适应日益增长的运输需要目前随着京津、武广、合宁、郑西等铁路客运专线的陆续开工，我国掀起了新一轮大规模的高速铁路建设高潮。客运专线建设中大量桥梁施工需要大吨位架桥设备，传统架桥机已不能满足施工要求，大吨位架桥机研制势在必行。 本论文以JQ900型架桥机为研究对象，对架桥机前支撑系统、中支撑系统和后支撑系统系统的结构强度、刚度和稳定性计算。对行走驱动系统计算和初选电机。第一阶段对架桥机作业过程进行学习，随后对前、中、后支撑进行受力分析，然后分别计算其结构的强度、刚度、及稳定性并得出其在满足要求的条件下还有一定富余。 关键词:铁路客运专线；900t；导梁式；定点起吊；架桥机 Abstract Railway is the important foundational facilities in a country，which possesses the significant place and leads the backbone effects on the synthetic transportation system..The capability of the main line is still seriously in our country at pr- esent，and most of the railways are passenger-cargo mixed traffic lines，except the Qin-Shen dedicated Passenger line..It is impossible to meet the running technical requirement to both high speed passenger train and heavy-haul freight train at the same time.The higher demand of passenger一cargo transported can’t be satisfied also.Building the dedicated passenger line and making Passenger transport and freight transport be separated in the busiest trunk line，can sharply raise the capability of railway transportation.The transfer of Passenger trains running in the existing lines will relieve the overbusy situation of the existing lines and will satisfy the transportation requirement of economic zones and urban areas.To do that can develop the heavy haul goods transpo -rtation so to fit the developing transportation need.In our country，a new large-scale wave has emerged to build high speed railroad the constructing of the following dedicated-passenger-lines of “JingJin Area”，Wuguang，Hening，Zhengzhou-Xian and so on in succession.
