浅论中国国际青年旅舍发展中的问题及对策 旅游管理专业 闫向利 指导教师 丁晓蕾 摘要：国际青年旅舍是世界上最大的住宿连锁组织之一，在国外已有近百年的发展历史。中国第一家青年旅舍于1998年在广东肇庆落户，经过8年的发展，青年旅舍在我国已形成覆盖全国主要旅游城市的青年旅舍网络，但与我国的经济及旅游业发展水平以及在国际旅游业中的地位仍是极不相称的；中国青年旅舍在发展中也存在一些问题及障碍严重影响了其在中国的蓬勃发展。本文从国际青年旅舍的特点入手，分析了国内青年旅舍发展现状及制约因素，提出了推动我国青年旅舍发展的对策。 关键词：中国；国际青年旅舍；发展；问题；对策 Shallowly Discusses Problems and Countermeasures of International Youth Hostel’s Development in China Student majoring in Tourism Management Yan Xiangli Tutor Ding Xiaolei Abstract: Youth Hostel is a place provides safe, hygienic, comfortable and economical hostel for the student and youth backpacker outside. Nearly a hundred years have elapsed since the International Youth Hostel first developed overseas. Now the Youth Hostel has become one of the largest lodging chains in the world. Since 1998 – the first Youth Hostel appeared in Zhaoqing of Guangdong, Youth Hostel in China has developed fast for 8 years. In these 8 years, Youth Hostel has become a network covering the main tourism cities in China, but still is not commensurate with this country’s economic development, the development level of tourism and the status of this country in the international tourism; there are some problems have seriously affected the development of Youth Hostel in China. This article started with the characteristics of the International Youth Hostel, has analyzed the present situation and restriction factors of China Youth Hostel, and has mentioned the countermeasure on promoting the development of Youth Hostel in China. Key words: China; International Youth Hostel; development; problem; countermeasure 1912年，世界上第一家青年旅舍（Youth Hostel）在德国一个废弃的古堡中诞生，之后在不足百年的时间里，青年旅舍已发展成为世界上最大的住宿连锁组织和最大的青年联盟之一，拥有5600多家连锁旅舍，遍及80多个国家和地区[1]。1998年，我国第一家青年旅舍——鼎湖山青年旅舍在广东肇庆落户，迄今为止我国大陆共有67家青年旅舍，初步形成了覆盖全国主要旅游城市的青年旅舍网络。但是其规模与我国的经济及旅游业发展水平以及在国际旅游业中的地位仍是极不相称的，不少青年旅舍在经营上还陷入了困境，入住率难以达到70%的盈利临界点[2]。那么，青年旅舍为什么在其他国家蓬勃发展，又为什么在我国会陷入困境，究竟是什么原因导致这样，又如何使青年旅舍在中国积极发展呢？ 一、 国际青年旅舍的特点 青年旅舍被誉为“穷人的希尔顿、背包者的乐园、青年成长的家外之家，集公益事业、旅游企业和实践教育功能为一体，通过向住客提
