摘要 二十多年来，加工贸易在我国得到了超常规的发展，为我国加快工业的发展，扩大出口贸易，平衡国际收支，增加外汇储备，缓解就业压力等方面发挥了重大作用。但是，随着对外贸易的快速发展，加工贸易暴露出来的问题和国内外形势的变化，决定了现阶段我们必须对加工贸易进行转型升级。我们必须利用国内外一切有利因素，回避制约因素，促进加工贸易转型升级。 本文首先介绍了加工贸易的含义和转型升级的理论基础，然后概述了我国加工贸易的发展历程，分析了加工贸易存在的优势及不足，论证了我国加工贸易转型升级的必然性，最后提出了促进我国加工贸易转型升级的对策与建议。 关键词:加工贸易 转型升级 转型必要 升级对策 Abstract More then twenty years, the processing trade in Chinese extraordinary development for our industry to screed up the development and expansion of the export trade, balance of international payments, increasing foreign exchange reserves are falling to ease the employment pressure played a major role.
