本科毕业设计（论文） 济南某宾馆中央空调工程设计 Central air conditioning engineering design of a hotel of Jinan 全套图纸，加153893706 院 系 机械工程学院 专 业 建筑环境与设备工程 年 级 姓 名 题 目 济南某宾馆中央空调工程设 摘要 本建筑位于山东省济南市，是一个集餐饮、办公、住宿为一体的综合性酒店，地下一层设有车库，地上11层，1—5、11层为多功能服务区，包括办公室、餐厅、会议室、包厢等，6--10层为客房。总高度45.6米，总占地面积6664.5平方米。本文首先利用 大项相加法对建筑负荷进行了估算，通过经济性和技术性比较选择了水冷机组和锅炉作为冷热源。针对各房间的位置和功能不同，全部采用采用风机盘管和独立新风的半集中式系统，可以实现较为灵活的控制。作者在第二篇中首先对建筑负荷进行了精确计算，对机组参数进行了修正。风机盘管系统采用独立新风的方式，通过计算确定了各房间的送风状态和送风量。针对不同的房间作者采用了不同的送风方式，对于大堂、办公室和会议室等采用了散流器平送的方式，客房采用侧送风的方式。本文对空调系统的消声减振及保温也做了一定的讨论。对于地下车库，本文采用了机械排风的方式，排风管与排烟管共用，通过电动阀进行排烟和排风状态的切换。本文在设计的过程中充分的考虑到了节能的要求，通过水力计算确保系统能够正常运行。 文作为建筑环境与设备工程专业的毕业设计论文，对于通风、供热、空气调节、防排烟等系统的设计皆体现了本专业学科考查的目的，体现了该生对于专业知识及设计知识的基础的一定掌握。 关键词：空气调节 空气—水风机盘管系统 机械排风 Abstract The building is located in Jinan，Shandong Province, is a set including catering, entertainment and accommodation as one integrated hotel 。It contains a layer of underground garage, 11-floor, 1-5and 11 for-service areas, including offices, Restaurants, council-chamber?, box, 6-5 for layer rooms. The Overall height is 45.6 meters, covers an area of 6664.5 square meters. This paper first estimates the load, choosing chiller and a water boiler as cold and heat source. For every room of different functions, hose fan-coil system that can achieve a more flexible control. In the second part, the author first does an accurate calculation of the load and then amends the parameters of the units. For the all air system ，the air is cooled to machine dew point. For fan coil system the fresh air is forced into the room independently after being cooled. Then the author determines the state and the output of the air supply by calculating. Different room using different methods of the air supply, such as offices and council-chamber the use of casual gift-flow-way, the guest room and the box’s air supply by the way side.
