In the traditional industrial production, the worker work very hard, and there are too much work, so the efficiency is low. With the development of the science and technology nowadays, the use of punching die in the industrial production gain more attention, and be used in the industrial production more and more. The article mainly discussed the classification, feature and the developmental direction of the punching technology. Discusses the stamping parts glass base adornment version of the forming principle, the basic dies structure and the rate process and the principle of design; and designed some conventional punching die. This article tells of the composite die cutting. Based on the analysis of parts of the process in this article, considered mould production feasibility and economics, completed mold structural form selection, press the selection, clearance between punch and die and the blanking die cutting edge size calculation, and piercing die structure design of parts and assembling parts drawing.
