胃痛的针灸治疗 摘要：胃痛，又称胃脘痛，是以上腹胃脘部近心窝处疼痛为主症的病症。其病因复杂，由外感六淫之气、饮食失宜、情志不畅、素体脾胃虚弱等引起，是临床的常见病多发病，也是针灸治疗有效病种之一，临床上根据病因病机不同分为寒邪犯胃、饮食伤胃、肝气犯胃、湿热阻胃、胃阴亏耗等证，根据“不通则痛，不荣则通”的理论，本病针灸治疗当以和胃理气止痛为基本原则，当分清寒热虚实，辨别病位，采用相应的治法才得到较好的治疗效果。 关键词：胃痛；辩证；针灸； 选穴 Abstract:stomachache，also called epigastric pain，It’s main symptom is pain over the epigastrium at stomach region.
