摘 要 电力负荷及用电量有它的独特客观规律性，分析研究其特性和变化发展规律，是应用解决供电，配电，用电，节电等工程问题的基础。在确定了工程的计算负荷及编制后接下来就应根据计算数据来合理的选择变压器的台数，容量来组建变电所。变电所是电力系统的基本单元，它由变压器，母线，断路器，隔离开关等。 高压配电所的母线，通常采用单母线制，如果是两路以上的电源进线时，则采用高压隔离开关或高压断路器的单母线制。高压配电室在总体布局上应尽量靠近电源引入端，要求电缆进线短，架空线进线直。工程变配电所中的高压配电室一般采用成套开关柜进行安装。 低压配电室在总布置上应与变压器室相邻近，不仅要使变压器低压引出母线到低压屏的距离尽量缩短，而且步线尽量直，以减少做母线弯头的施工难度。 选择补偿设备，根据实际情况，从实用性、可靠性入手，将费效比最大化。 Abstract Electric load and power consumption have its unique objective regularity , analyse and research its characteristic and change the rule of development , it is supply power to solve to use, distribution, spend cable, foundation of economizing on electricity when the project question. Should be according to calculating the data come to the platform of the rational choice voltage transformer to count next after confirming the calculation load of the project and working out, the capacity comes to set up the transformer substation. The transformer substation is the elementary cell of the power system, it is by the voltage transformer , bus bar, circuit breaker , isolate such electric equipment as the switch ,etc. High-pressure distribution bus bar, adopt single bus bar system usually, if at stocking lining power of two, adopt high pressure isolate switch or high-pressure single bus bar system of circuit breaker. The high-pressure electricity distribution room should try ones best to be introduced to the end close to the power in the total arrangement, require cable enter line to be short, overhead wire stock line to be frank. Project turn into distribution high-pressure electricity distribution room adopt complete sets of switch cupboard install generally. Low-voltage electricity distribution room should near with voltage transformer room on not assigning always , is it make voltage transformer to be low-voltage to draw bus bar reach low-voltage distance that rejects try ones best to shorten to want not merely, and the step line tries ones best to be straight, in order to reduce and make the degree of d
