（ 二 〇 一 一 年 六 月 摘 要 随着我国社会经济的飞速发展，人们生活水平的提高，商品消费的增加，垃圾的数量也逐渐增加，垃圾的处理日渐成为一个严峻的问题。我国的袋装垃圾处理处于研发阶段，尤其在垃圾破袋技术这方面。在我国垃圾通常是装在一定尺寸的塑料袋中，而我国的垃圾处理厂一般采用人工破袋，长期工作在这种垃圾所散发出的刺激性气味的环境下，对工作人员的身体伤害很大，因此垃圾破袋机的研发就显得更加重要。 垃圾破袋机的研究包括诸多内容，例如刀具的避让、主轴的防缠绕设计以及破袋的效率等。本文设计了主轴为卧式的垃圾破袋机，可以实现对直径在一定范围内的袋装垃圾进行破袋处理，考虑了刀具的避让和防缠绕装置的设计，并且考虑实际使用情况而进行设计，例如防缠罩设计成圆弧形，有利于垃圾自上而下滑落，还考虑到两主轴的旋转方向等，以使得更好地对垃圾进行破袋处理。 关键词：垃圾；破袋机；防缠绕 Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas society and economy, people have a much higher standard of living; there are more and more trashes. Garbage is becoming a serious problem. Bags of garbage disposal in the research and development stage in China, particularly with regard to garbage bag-breaking technology. In our country trashes are usually packed in plastic bag of a certain size, and garbage disposal plant in China generally use artificial bag-breaking and long-term work in this environment of waste gives off the pungent smell, physical injury to the staff is very large, so rubbish bag-breaking machine research and development is even more important. This machine research includes many contents of the bag-breaking machine, such as winding control system design of tool collision, spindle and the efficiency of the bag-breaking. This article design has spindle for horizontal of garbage breaking bag machine, can implementation on diameter in must range within of bagged garbage for breaking bag processing, consider has tool of collision avoidance and anti-winding device of design, and consider actual using situation and for design, for example anti-wrapped around cover design into round arc, conducive to garbage bottom slipped, also consider to two spindle of rotating direction, to make it better.
