联合站安全监控系统软件设计 摘 要：随着石油工业的发展，传统的人工监控已经远远不能满足石油行业的安全生产需求，因此将计算机监控系统与石油生产联系结合起来已经成为石油行业发展的趋势。 本文完成了对油田集输联合站的安全监控系统进行软件方面的设计。根据联合站的工艺流程和控制过程初步确定I/O数目和和类型并进行硬件选型，根据需要监测的参数的类型，选择合适的传感器。然后利用《组态王6.53》编写监控软件、绘制监控画面，对联合站的生产过程进行实时监控。达到如下目的：实现对站内工艺过程实时监测，当设备运行出现故障、参数越限时，系统及时产生报警；实现对站内的设备运行状况、压力、流量、温度、液位以及可燃气体浓度的监测。通过安全监控系统提供的信息及时确定系统中存在的危险，然后采取各种措施使整个联合站达到安全水平。 本系统实现了对联合站的实时监督与动态控制，通过安全监控系统的运用，可以确保设备的安全运行，预防和消除事故隐患，避免事故发生，使联合站达到最低事故率、最少损失和最优的安全投资效益。 关键词：联合站；安全生产；安全监控系统；软件设计；组态王 Software Design of Safety Monitoring System for Union Station Abstract: with the development of the petroleum industry, the traditional manual control has been far from meeting the oil industrys safety production requirements.Therefore, the computer monitoring system combined with the oil production has become a tendency of the oil industrys development. Through this paper ,we completed the software design for the safety monitoring system of the oil gathering and transportation union station.According to the union stations technological process and control process,we have determined the Input/Output number and type as ell as the hardwares selection.At the same time, we have chosen the appropriate sensor according to the type of the parameters which were need to be monitored. Then we use the Kingview 6.53 to write the monitoring software,draw monitoring picture, so we can monitor the union stations production process at real time.It can achieve the aims as follows:to achieve the purpose of monitoring the process within the website at real time,when the equipment running malfunction and the parameters out of the limit,the system will produce alarm timely;to monitor the equipments running status within the website, pressure, flowrate, temperature, level and the combustible gass concentration.Through the information that the monitoring system offers to determine the dangers which are existed in the system,then we can take all kinds of measures to make sure that the system has achieved the safety level.
