2009 年全国博士生学术会议                           科技进步与社会发展跨学科学术研讨会论文集 国外高等院校学生学术规范初探 龚小平，史玉民1 （中国科学技术大学科技哲学部，安徽合肥，230026 ） 摘要：学术诚信是国内外普遍关注的问题。高校学生是学术界和科技界的后备主力军，他们的学术诚 信尤为重要。国外高校很重视学生的学术道德教育，制订了具体学术规范，规约和引导学生的学术行为， 促进他们养成良好的诚信品质。文章通过分析、比较、归纳国外近 40 所高等院校的学生学术规范，概括出 其主要内容、特点以及影响和不足。国外高校学生学术规范具有操作性强、重视学生的参与、著名学者和 机构高度关注、高科技手段支撑等特点，着重教育与事先预防，降低了学生的学术不诚信行为的发生。他 山之石，可以攻玉。通过借鉴国外高校的学术规范的优长之处加强我国高校学生的学术道德规范建设，可 提高学生的学术诚信度，营造良好的学术环境。 关键词：学术规范；国外高校学生；学术活动；学术诚信 On Academic Integrity of Foreign University Students Gong Xiao-ping, Shi Yu-min (Department of the Philosophy of Science,University of Science Technology of China,Hefei, Anhui,230026) Abstract ：Academic integrity is an issue of general concern at home and abroad. University students are the back-up main force in the academic community and the scientific circles, and their academic integrity is particularly important. Foreign colleges and universities attach great importance to the students’ academic moral education, they established specific academic norms to restrain and guide students’ academic behavior, and promote students develop a good quality of academic integrity. By the means of analysis, comparison, summing up nearly 40 foreign university students’ academic norms, this article outlined its main contents, characteristics, impact and shortcomings of academic integrity. Foreign university students’ academic norms can be practiced easily and are attached high attention by the well-known scholars and institutions, they concern the participation of students, use high-tech means as a support, focus on education and
