Today, with the popularization of the car, many countries proceed with the development and application of the system, which has achieved a lot. Intelligent Transportation Systems should contain the traffic monitoring, smart to change the traffic light time and solve the problem of blind people crossing the road. In this paper, the main purpose is to solve t the problem of blind people crossing the road. To resolve the traffic problem of blind man, this paper introduces a new kind of method which uses MCU AT89C51 together with NRF401 to design a convenient signal transmitting/receiving terminal instead of the existing traffic light system. It actualizes the function of wireless suggestive voice by using voice recording/playing back module ISD1420.The signal transmits by the method of half duplex communication. The new system’s performance is better than the existing system’s by testing and verifying.The system selects AT89C51 chip. It is a low-power and high-performance processor., also apply to regular programming, which makes 51microcontroller system provides a flexible, effective solution programs. MCU control various input and output signals through the program, you can easily choice of operating rules, in order to achieve a variety of functions.
