社会生态系统理论与违法青少年矫正研究 摘要 随着我国经济社会的不断发展，社会结构的剧烈变迁，多种社会问题不断，使得社会矛盾日益加剧，青少年违法也逐渐高发，并呈现出一些新的特点和趋势，而这正是司法矫正社会工作应当介入的领域。本文主要探讨了社会工作专业在对违法青少年进行矫正教育时所采取的社会生态系统理论与方法。社会生态系统理论作为社会工作的基础，是社会工作者理解和调整社会环境与人类行为之间关系的基础理论，该理论基础下的社会工作通用模式则为司法矫正社会工作者整合各种工作方法，促进案主的积极改变，发掘可利用的资源和力量提供了具体的工作模式。在社会生态系统理论指导下的社会工作通用模式则是司法矫正社会工作者对这些青少年进行矫正教育的主要工作方法，这种工作模式是多种工作手法的整合，是在个人与环境互动的背景下，在广泛的系统中进行的介入的方法。 关键词:社会生态系统理论；违法青少年；矫正 SOCIAL-ECOLOGICAL SYSTEMS THEORY IN LAW STUDY ON EFFECTS IN JUVENILE CORRECTIONS ABSTRACT With the development of economic and social development, dramatic changes in social structures, a variety of social problems, growing social conflicts, high incidence of juvenile delinquency has gradually and showed some of the new features and trends, and this is a field of judicial correction should be involved in social work. This article has focused on professional social work in the law taken by the juvenile corrections education theory and methods of social-ecological systems.
