工业工程毕业设计（论文）-齿轮箱生产线关键工序作业标准研究.doc

摘 要 齿轮箱反面半精加工作业特点是以机器作业为主，工人作业为辅。作业步骤、工人的操作方法、作业场所布置都是影响劳动效率的重要因素。本文采用理论与实践相结合的方法，运用工业工程的理论，在分析了很多文献资料的基础上，对大连机车车辆有限公司的齿轮箱反面半精加工作业进行了重组和优化。 本文首先介绍了大连机车车辆有限公司在作业生产中的一些问题，指出影响企业发展的的一个因素是未实施作业标准化。本文在绪论中回顾了标准化的理论发展和演变过程，在第二章中阐明了本课题的具体研究内容和应用方法。在以后的章节中详细以齿轮箱反面半精加工这道工序为研究对象，通过分析找出影响作业效率不合理的因素，提出改进方案，旨在创造良好的作业环境，使工人能够用经济的操作方法、良好的作业姿势进行作业，减轻作业疲劳，提高作业效率，减少作业事故。本文运用了方法研究原理对现场操作方式和现场作业布局进行了改进，使各种操作、布局和机器维护保养都达到了的标准化，从而是企业能够从容的应对生产上的人事变动。 关键词：标准化 作业研究 工业工程 作业效率 ABSTRCT The opposite side half finishing of the gearbox assignment give first place to machine and second to works. Operating procedure, operating methods of the works, decorating of the workplace are all the important factors in affecting labor efficiency. This paper restructure and optimize the opposite side half finishing of the Gearbox assignments of dalian locomotive vehicle Co., combining theory with practice, using the method of industrial engineering theory, after analyzing many literature materials. This paper first introduces some problems of the dalian locomotive vehicle Co., then points out that the factor affecting the development of the enterprise is not carring out standard operation. This paper review the development of the standardization theory in the introduction, and illustrates the concrete research content and application methods in the second chapter. In subsequent chapters this paper regards the opposite side half finishing of the gearbox assignment as the research object, analyzes then finds out the unreasonable facts influencing the operation efficiency, put forward the improvement plan to create a good work environment, make workers use economic operation method and well poster to work, reduce posture fatigue, improve operation efficiency and reduce operation accidents. This paper uses the theory of method study to improve operation mode and principle of operations at the scene, make the operating, layout and machine maintenance reach the standard, so that the enterprise can calmly coping prod
