Here the standard working conditions is to point to, reasonable arrangement in the workplace and work environment, by trained operators, according to the standard methods of work, through the normal efforts to complete work. Visible, fair standards shall be formulated with methods study and standard operating methods formulated as the prerequisite. This article is based on the gear box Dalian JiCheChang production line processes as the background, the method of measuring the stopwatch when. Collecting gear box the information related to the production line of the typical procedure, operation unit division, on the basis of the gear box processing time data measurement, the use of three times the standard deviation method eliminate the abnormal values, choose data equalization method for the evaluation and calculates the normal time, considering the kinds of wide put the reasonable width, and then put time determine standard time.
