Abstract : As the development of the aerospace ,the integral impeller which is the key component of the engine has a great effect on engine’
s performance. The manufacturing of the integral impeller has become the key to improve the performance of engine , and the precise CAD
model creation of integral impeller is the prerequisite to machining integral impeller. The typical CAD/ CAM software (UG CAD) and appli
cation example (CAD model creation of integral impeller) in this article , explain the basic procedure of modeling work using UG CAD soft
ware and give reference to the CAD model creation of integral impeller.
