摘 要
本文基于我国金融市场全面开放的背景,首先对我国商业银行的个人理财业务进行现状分析,概述了这几年我国理财业务的发展规模以及产品随着资本市场的演变而演变的过程,阐明了商业银行个人理财业务创新的内容,基于私人财富的保值增值需要、金融机构市场竞争的需要及为混业经营打基础的需要,进一步说明了我国商业银行开展个人理财业务的价值取向。其次通过与国外开展个人理财业务的商业银行和在个人理财方面最有代表性的美国花旗银行的比较研究,找出我国商业银行现行个人理财业务在业务组织形式、市场细分和市场营销、产品与品牌、业务处理与产品开发、考核方法与指标等方面的差异,以此借鉴国外商业银行开展这一业务中的先进做法。结合我国“贫富差距”、“人口老龄化”等实际情况,提出了加快个人理财产品的开发和创新,优化产品结构和加快个人理财服务创新,提高服务水平和质量及广泛应用信息技术,拓展个人理财服务新渠道和推进管理创新,以促进个人理财业务发展的创新对策。
