Only by strengthening the cost control, enterprises can enhance their market competitiveness．However，along with the development of the concept of supply chain，the contents of supply chain management are also been expanded and improved．The aim of it is reach the least of the total cost in all of the supply chain． This article first premise of an extensive literature on supply chain cost control the Beijing Dabao Cosmetics Co., Ltd conducted in- depth study: First, supply chain cost control theory was expounded; Second, it analyze the Beijing Dabao Cosmetics Co., Ltd in supply chain cost control present status problem; and then the Beijing Dabao Cosmetics Co., Ltd the cause analysis of the supply chain cost control; to put forward the Beijing Dabao supply chain cost control improvement programs. This text analyze and research the Beijing Dabao Cosmetics Co., Ltd，and introduce the thought of supply chain into the investigation of budgeting control．In it’s opinion，at the new business environment，budgeting control should not only limit in the intra-business，but also with all of the supply chain．It should design、plan and control the information、logistics and funds to improve the efficiency and benefit of supply chain and achieve the purpose of budgeting control． Key Words: Supply Chain Management；Budge
