摘要 平整机用来在常温下，将冷轧并经退火后的钢卷，通过平整改善带钢机械性能，改善板型，消除屈服平台和调整带钢表面粗糙度，以获得符合要求的钢卷。钢卷的平整过程有以下几个步骤。开卷机将待平整的带钢卷开卷，经由喂料导板引导穿带进入入口张力辊组，经过轧辊平整后，由出口张力S辊穿出，再经由出口导板台引导进入卷取机。在这几个动作中，为了满足不同厚度带钢的平整需求，导板台需有多个工作位置。因此导向台作为平整机设备中的重要环节，其工作稳定性、可靠性直接影响整条机组的工作效率。 本文根据导向台的工作原理及相关各设备的位置尺寸，设计出带钢导向台的结构尺寸。首先对导向台的传动方案进行选择，然后设计导向台上各部件的结构尺寸，最后对设计出的各结构进行强度和可行性校核。 关键词： 平整机； 导向台； 结构设计 Abstract Temper mill used at room temperature which correct the cold rolled annealed and steel rolls property ,improve the plate type,eliminate the yield patform and adjust the strip surface roughness by flat strip steel mechanical, so that the strip steel can meet the requirements. Steel coil leveling peocess has the following several steps: uncoiler will stay flat strip uncoiling, then the flat strip will be guided by feeding guide wear into the entrance to the tension roll group. After roll formed, the flat strip will roll out through exports tension S. At last it will be guided into the reel through the exit guider. In this a few actions, in order to meet the demand of different thickness of strip be flated, guide plate need to have multiple work position. So, guide platform as an important link of temper mill equipment, its working stability and reliability will affect the work efficiency of the whole unit directly. According to the guide of machine working principle and various equipment of the related position dimensions, design the strip steel guide table structure size. First, choose the guide platform transmission scheme, then, design the structure size of each member of the oriented stage .Finally, check the structure strength and feasibility.
