Abstrac t: A com pound fuzzy contro l algor ithm based on PLC is presen ted to the large hysteretic and dive rse charac teristics o f pH in the
course of ferm enta tion. T he fuzzy contro ller and P I ad ju sto r are rea lized by PLC. It no t on ly ho lds the ag ile, re liab le pecu liarity and the
ab ility of anti jamm ing of PLC contro l system, but a lso mi proves consumedly the inte llig entized leve l o f contro l system. T he practice re
su lts show that the system can effective ly restra in the affec t of pure hysteresis and has the strong adaptab ility.
