南京技师学院综合教学楼空调工程设计 摘要 本工程为南京技师学院综合教学楼空调工程设计，该工程是集餐厅、报告厅、会议室、办公室、教室和实验室等各种功能间为一体的综合教学楼。建筑一共有十一层，其中一层的层高为4.5m，二层到十一层层高为3.6m。 根据房间功能，全楼采用集中供给空调方式，其中冷热源机组采用两台直燃型溴化锂吸收式制冷机组，夏季供冷，冬季供热，还可以提供其他生活方面的供热，做到一机多用，机房设置在地下室。根据各不同功能房间，将该集中系统分为二种空调送风方式，高大空间如餐厅、报告厅等采用全空气系统，新风直接从室外引进与回风混合（一次回风）后送风；办公室，会议室等采用了风机盘管加独立新风系统，新风机组从室外引入新风处理到室内空气焓值，风机盘管承担室内全部冷负荷及部分的新风湿负荷。全空气系统选用圆型散流器平射流形式，而风机盘管加独立新风系统有百叶风口侧送和散流器平送的形式。空调水系统只设有一个系统。采用闭式双管式，水平异程垂直同程式，冷水泵三台，两用一备；冷却水泵选三台，两用一备。 关键词：直燃型溴化锂吸收式制冷机组；全空气系统；风机盘管加新风系统；水系统 NANJING INSTITUTE OF COMPREHENSIVE TEACHING BUILDING OF TECHNICIANS AIR-CONDITIONING ENGINEERING ABSTRACT This project is synthesizes the classroom building’s air conditioning engineering design for Nanjing Technician Institute, this project is the collection dining room, the report hall, the conference room, the office, the classroom and the laboratory and so on during each kind of function is a body comprehensive classroom building.The constructions altogether have 11,the first building height is 4.5m, two to 11 building’s heights are 3.6m.
