多裂骆驼蓬繁殖分配及花部特征与海拔高度的相关分析 学生：杨静 指导老师：侯勤正 （西北师范大学生命科学学院，甘肃，兰州，730070） 摘要：对不同海拔高度下的蒺藜科骆驼蓬属多裂骆驼蓬花期繁殖器官特征和繁殖分配进行研究，为探讨多裂骆驼蓬如何与胁迫环境相适应及提高其繁殖分配率提供科学依据。在位于甘肃省兰州市安宁区北山上，于不同海拔下(1624，1675,1753m)采集10朵多裂骆驼蓬的花，测定多裂骆驼蓬的花柄长、花萼长及宽、花瓣长及宽、花丝长、花药长、花柱长，于不同海拔下采集6株多裂骆驼蓬，测定繁殖分配，并分析各个指标与海拔高度间的相关性。结果表明：多裂骆驼蓬繁殖分配与海拔高度呈正相关，花丝长度与海拔高度呈负相关，花柱长度与海拔高度呈正相关。由此可见，海拔高度对多裂骆驼蓬的繁殖分配有重要影响，随着海拔升高，植株可获取的资源总量降低，分配给繁殖器官的相对资源量增加，多裂骆驼蓬通过花柱长度的增加来提高柱头对传粉昆虫的感受性，从而在一定程度上提高了其繁殖成功率。 关键词：多裂骆驼蓬；花部特征；生物量分配；海拔高度 Correlation analysis between altitude and reproductive allocation and floral traits in Peganum multisectum Student: Yang Jing Tutor:Hou Qingzheng Abstract: The Correlation analysis between altitude and reproductive allocation and floral traits in Peganum multisectum was studied to provide a basis for the research how adapted to the stressful environment and raised its reproductive success ratio. In AnNingOu beishan of Lanzhou of Gansu province, ten flowers of Peganum multisectum in different altitudes(1624，1675，1753m) were collected, pedicel length, petal length and width, calyx length and width, filament length, anther length and style length were measured, and eight of Peganum multisectum in different altitudes(1624，1675，1753m) were collected, reproductive allocation were measured, analysis of correlation between them and altitude was conducted. The results showed: There was a positive correlation between reproductive allocation and altitude, a negative correlation between filament length and altitude, a positive correlation between style length and altitude. The results suggested there was an important effect of altitude on reproductive strategies within populations. With increasing altitude, total acquired resources decreased and relative resources allocating reproductive organs increased, and the style length elongated. Peganum multisectum enhanced the sensitivity to pollinators, and increased rate of success of reproduction. Key words: Peganum multisectum ; floral traits ; reproduct
