摘 要 随着社会科学技术的发展，科学研究的重要性日益突出，它为社会的发展以及人们的生活做出了巨大的贡献。而其中高校研究是其中的重要部分，具有不可替代的作用。因此，开发基于Web的高校科研管理系统。 本文阐述了项目的开发背景，和用户群，对该系统的现状进行了描述。以流程图的形式表述系统的工作流程和系统的组成结构。 其次，对系统的用户需求以及可行性进行了详细的分析，详细了解系统的功能要求，以满足用户需求。 最后为基于SQL Server 2005的数据库设计和ASP.NET的代码实现阶段。该部分详细介绍系统的实现过程。 关键词：高校科研管理；Web； SQL Server 2005：ASP.NET Abstract With the development of science and technology, the importance of scientific research is becoming increasingly prominent and it has being made a great contribution for the development of society and the lives of people. And university research is an important part of scientific research, which plays an irreplaceable role. Therefore, Web-based management information system is needed. This paper describes the background of the projects development, and user groups. And the status of the system is described. Representation system in the form of a flowchart of work processes and system composition. Secondly, in addition, usersrequiments of the system, combined with the feasibility of that, are also done specifit analysis. Together with the detailed understanding of the systems functional requirments, all of that are conducted to meet customersneeds. Finally, based on the SQL sever 2005 database design and ASP NET, the system complete the codes realization phase.The whole implementation process of the system is introduced in detail.
