Research of Rea-time Performance Monitoring Technology of Torque Motor

Abstract :Due to the importance and necessity of the real-time performance monitoring of torque motor ，a new
method that control commands are embedded in the drive system to motor its real-time performance is proposed．
We research this method and its application technology based on the Visual C + + platform． The concept of the
software design and critical programming code are also introduced． The experiment result shows that this solu-
tion can monitor the real-time performance of torque motor we test with displaying the values of its important pa-
rameters ，plotting the performance chart ，monitoring the operation status and offering the enquiry function of
