l126 ChinOphthalRes，December2009，Vo1．27，No．12 · 调 查 研 究 · 社区中老年人群致盲与低视力眼病调查 赵 欣 田碧琪 郝云鹤 张昕蕾 何 燕 李 陵 窦宏亮 王 薇 Surveyofblindnessandlow vision inthem iddle-aged and elderpopulation in community ZhaoXin，TianBiqi，HaoYunhe，ZhangXinlei，HeYan，LiLing，DouHongliang，WangWet．Departmentof 0phthalmology，BeqingNo．2Hospital，Beijing100031，China Abstract Objective Tounderstandtheprevalenceandcauseofeyediseasesinthemiddleandoldagedpopulationin communitywasofimportantsignificanceforthepreventionandtreatmentofrelevantdiseases．Thepresentstudyattemptstosurvey theprevalenceofcommoneyediseasesandconditionsofblindnessandlow visionin50yearsandolderpopulation in community ofBeijing． Methods Thiswasanophthalmologicepidemiologysurvey．The2833targetpopulationwasincludedandregistered inW estern Chang’aD streetcommunity in door—to—doorand questionnaire mannerbetween October，2006 一October，2007． Multiplefactors，suchasdemography，generalconditions，lifestyles，educationdegree，economicalstatus，medicalstatusand the awarenessofrelevantophthalmicknowledgeofparticipantswererecordedandevaluated．Relevanteyeexaminationsincluding uncorrectedvisualacuity，pinhole visualacuity，non—contact intraocular pressure test，slit—lamp，funduscopy and optometry examinationswereperformedinBeijingNo．2Hospitalbytrainedophthalmologists．Blindnessandlowvisionwereevaluatedbased onW HO criteria．Thecausesofleading-blindnessandlow visionwereanalyzed．Oralinformedconsentwasobtainedfrom allofthe subjects． Results 2410individualsof2833≥50一year—oldparticipantsreceivedcompletesurveysaccordingtothedesigned processin thisstudywith anexaminedrateof85．07％ ．Theincidenceofblindnessandlow vision inexamineeswas0．79％ and 5．64％ respectively．Thepositivefactorsrelated toblindnessand low vision appeared tobeage，education a
