维普资讯 JReprodMed2007Vo1．16No．S1 Theexpressionofglucosetransporter4inendometrium ofpolycystic ovarysyndromewomenanditschangeaftermetform intreatment LinXian-hua(林仙华)，YeBi-lu(叶碧绿) ，XuBing-seng(徐炳森)，ZhaoJun-zhao(赵军招)， LinJin-ju(林金菊)，YangHai-yan(杨海燕) objective~ToinvestigatetheproteinandmessengerRNA expressionofglucosetransporter4inendometrium of womenwith polycysticovary syndrome (PC0S)，and to evaluate itschangeafterthreemonthstreatmentof metformin． Methods~Twenty-twopatientswithpolycysticovarysyndrome (groupA)andsixnon-PCOS infertilewomen (groupB)wererecruitedinourhospita1．Theconsentform wasobtainedfrom eachpatient．Endometrium andblood sampleswereobtainedduringtheproliferativephaseofthemenstrualcycle．Reversetranscriptase-polymerasechain reaction (RT—PCR)andimmunohistochemicalmethodwereappliedtodetecttheexpressionofglucosetransporter4 (GLUT4)inendometrium．A1lPCOSpatientsreceivedmonotherapyofmetforminafterendometrium biopsy．Seven un-conceivedpatients(groupA1)from groupA whocompletedthreemonthsofmetformintreatmentwereselected toperform thesecondtimebiopsyduringproliferativephase．TheexpressionofGLUT4wereremeasuredaswel1． Results：TherewerenosignificantdifferencesofthelevelsofE2，P andendometrium thicknessonthebiopsy daybetweengroupAandgroupB．ButthebasallevelsofLH，T，LH／FSH ratio，andtheovarianvolumewere significantlyhigheringroupA ascomparedwithgroupB (PO．001)．TheexpressionofGLUT4ingroupA was significantlylowerthanthatofgroupB (1．05士0．13vs1．5O士0．21，P0．001)．IngroupA1，theexpressionof GLUT4inendometrium werechangedfrom 1．O8士0．08tolI27士0．16beforeandaftertreatment(P0．05)．The resultsofimmunohistochemicalstainingofGLUT4 inendometrium werecoincidentwith theresultsofRT—PCR． Thefastinsulinlevelandtheinsulinsensitivityindexwerealsoimprovedobviously
