高血压患者室间隔厚度、血清尿酸与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系 苟怀宇1 屈桂英2 陈艳秋3 （1重庆市渝北区人民医院心血管内科，重庆 401120； 2 78088部队卫生队 重庆 401120； 3 重庆市渝北区人民医院神经内科，重庆 401120） [摘要] 目的 探讨不同心脏室间隔厚度的高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度及血清尿酸的变化。方法 选择高血压患者90例，分为室间隔肥厚组（43例)和非室间隔肥厚组（47例），测定血清尿酸浓度及应用多勒超声检测颈动脉内膜中层厚度。结果 室间隔肥厚组较非室间隔肥厚组血清尿酸浓度及室间隔厚度明显增加（P0.05），室间隔厚度与血清尿酸、颈动脉内膜中层厚度呈正相关。结论 高血压室间隔增厚患者常伴血尿酸浓度明显增加及颈动脉损害程度更加严重，血清尿酸可能参与心室重构。 [关键词] 心脏室间隔厚度；颈内膜中层厚度；血清尿酸 The relationship between ventricular septal thickness and serum uric acid and carotid artery intima media thickness in patients with hypertension GOU Huai-yu1 ，QU Guiying2，CHEN Yan-qiu3. (1 Department of Cardiology ,The peoples Hospital of Yubei District of Chongqing City,Chongqing 40120,China；2 78088 Military Medical Team,Chongqing 40120，China；3 Department of Neurology ,The peoples Hospital of Yubei District of Chongqing City,Chongqing 40120,China） [Objective] to investigate the change of serum uric acid（SUA) and carotid artery intima media thickness（CIMT) in hypertensive patients with the different cardiac ventricular septal thickness（VST) .Methods 90 cases of patients with hypertension were divided into ventricular septal hypertrophy group (43cases) and non-ventricular septal hypertrophy group (47 cases), the concentration of SUA was detected and CIMT was detected by the application of Doppler ultrasound.Results The concentration of SUA and CIMT were increased significantly in ventricular septal hypertrophy group than in non-ventricular septal hypertrophy group(P0.05),VST was positively correlated with SUA and CIMT.Conclusion Septal hypertrophy in patients with hypertension often accompanied with a significant increase in the concentration of SUA and more serious carotid artery damage .SUA may be involved in ventricular remodeling.
