我院儿童消化性疾病应用微生态制剂的分析 寿张轩（浙江省人民医院，310014 ） [摘要] 目的：了解我院儿科消化性疾病应用微生态制剂的情况。方法：抽查2006 年 10 月 ~2008 年 10 月的儿科住院消化性疾病处方共 1970 张，分析微生态制剂的使用情况及与其它 药物的应用情况。结果：涉及微生态制剂处方为 530 张，占被调查处方总数的 26.9% ，以双 歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊使用频率最高，占微生态制剂处方总数的 60.4% 。微生态制剂与抗 生素合用率 83.3%，应用两种微生态制剂的处方为26 张，占微生态制剂处方总数的 4.9% ， 无三种及以上微生态制剂合用处方。结论：我院儿童消化性疾病应用微生态制剂的处方不是 很合理、规范。 【关键词】微生态制剂；儿童；消化性疾病；处方分析 An analysis of the application of microecological modulators in pediatric patients with digestive disease JIN Xue, SHOU Zhang-xuan (Zhejiang provincial people’s hospital, 310014) [Abstract] Objective:To evaluate the application of microecological modulators in pediatric patient with digestive diseases in our hospital. Methods: 1,970 prescriptions for inpatients with digestive diseases in our hospital from October 2006; to October 2008 were chosen. The application of microecological modulator was studied and also their combined application with their drugs. Results:The prescriptions of microecological modulator were 530, taking 26.9% of all the prescriptions. Live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus was most frequently used, taking up to 60.4%, and the combined application with antibiotics was 83.3%. The prescriptions with more than two microecological modulators were found only 26 pieces, taking 4.9%. Conclusions:The results showed that the prescriptions of microecological modulators are somewhat unreasonable and not canonical in our hospital.
