In order to judge the coffee whether overflow or not, we have established a hydrodynamic model .By Euler Equation simulate particle force state obtained when the fluid is in a different state of motion, we get the characteristics of liquid surface. According to the characteristics of these liquid level, we calculated the various circumstances mugs by the sudden impact of the external force, such as the coffee liquid can reach the maximum allowable height, and thereby draw the coffee liquid does not overflow exactly the critical condition. Then we discuss the more general cases of the liquid sloshing. Thereby calculating the robot movement, its maximum allowable speed, and its maximum allowable acceleration.
