The factors affecting the adsorption ability of the 2+ fungi and the pretreated fungi on Cu , such as initial pH, speed of shaker- bed and the contacting time were studied. The results show that the pretreated biomasswith 0. 2mol/ LNaOH has the maximum adsorption capacity. The uptakeof copper was significantly affectedby the initial pH of the solution and speedof shaker- bed. The opti mal condition of native fungi and pretreated fungi was pH 4. 0 and 5.0 respectively, speed of shaker- bed 100 2+ r/ min. The adsorptionwaswell accord withLangmuir isotherm under the concentration of Cu 10~ 150 mg/ L. In the process of biosorption, pH changed in a certain pattern.
