T he i n v itr o dissolution rates of different daidzein solid dispersions w ere measured by U V-VIS method to evaluate the effects of molecular w eights, drug to polyethylene glycol ratios, and preparation methods on the dissolution rate of daidzein. The results show ed that dissolution rates of daidzein w ere promoted w ith the increasing of poly- ethylene glycol molecular w eights, and the polyethylene glycol to drug weight ratios. Preparation methods had little effect on the dissolution rates of daidzein solid dispersion.
