阿奇霉素联合喜炎平治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察 梁春霞，姜秀凤，姜德华 （辽宁省普兰店市中心医院药剂科，辽宁 普兰店 116200） [摘要] 目的 评价阿奇霉素联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法 将98例小儿支原体肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组。2组患儿均采用相同的基础治疗，治疗组再给予阿奇霉素联合喜炎平注射液静滴治疗，对照组只给与同等剂量的阿奇霉素静滴治疗。2组均连续治疗5d，停药3d后再连续治疗3d。结果 治疗组总有效率为98%，对照组总有效率为85.7%，治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）（P均＜0.01）2组治疗后肺功能均较治疗前显著改善，且治疗组改善幅度显著大于对照组（P＜0.05）2组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α（P均＜0.01）2组不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05） R563.1 [文献标识码] B Observation of curative effect of Azithromycin combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children Liang Chunxia, Jiang Xiufeng, JiangDehua (Liaoning Puliandian City Zhongxin Hospital Department of pharmacy, Liaoning Pulandian 116200 China) [Abstract] Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Azithromycin combined with Xiyanping injection in treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 98 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups of children were given the same basic treatment. Treatment group was given extra Azithromycin combined with Xiyanping intravenous injection. The two groups were treated for continuous five days, after stopping the medicine for three days, then give another three days treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 98%, control group 85.7%, total effective rate in the treatment group is higher than in the control group (P 0.05). The treatment group in abatement time of fever, cough disappeared time, rales disappearance time, chest X-ray absorption time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group (P 0.01). Pulmonary function of two groups after treatment was both improved, and the treatment group was improved significantly more than the control group (P 0.05). The serum IL-6, IL-8, TNF- α levels were also improved, and the treatment group was improved significantly more than the control group (P 0.01). Adverse reactions of two groups have no significant difference
