当前社会就业形势下，我对大学生就业与择业的看法 姓名： 班级7 专业：连锁经营管理 指导老师 联系方式： 当前社会就业形势下，我对大学生就业与择业的看法 摘要：随着经济发展方式的转变和人才供求关系的变化，出现了大学生就业难“无业可就”和企业招工荒“有业不就”的现象，近几年来尤其严重，所以我们大学生要树立正确的择业观，这对于促进我们大学生个体与职业的匹配、实现自我价值以及促进经济社会发展都具有积极意义。但是先就业后择业,还是非要择业不可,不同的大学生给出了不同的答案,我也将对这些问题进行分析,我个人认为就业是生存的需要，择业是生活的需要的个人体会，所以我们大学毕业生应全面分析自我、正确定位，在认识自我基础上，根据现实的社会需求和客观局限条件来因时而立、循势而择、与时俱进，走进西部，跨入第三产业，树立创业精神,以及“先就业、后择业，先生存、后发展”的就业观念，实现多途径、多方式、多样化就业。 关键词：大学生 择业观 就业价值观 多样化 Abstract: With the transformation of economic development mode and the relation between talent supply and demand change, appeared the difficult employment of college students without course of study but and the enterprise hires barren have not phenomenon, in last few years especially serious, so we students must establish the correct view of employment, this to promoting our college students individual and occupation match realization of self value, and to promote economic and social development is of positive significance. But the first job after job choice, employment or not to be, different students gives a different answer, I also will undertake an analysis to these problems, I personally think that employment is the survival needs, choosing a career is a life s need of personal experience, so our university graduates should be comprehensive analysis of self, correct fixed position, in the awareness of self on the basis of reality, according to the social demand and the objective reasons and limitations when, through the potential selective, advancing with the times, into the west, crosses the tertiary industry, establish poineering spirit, as well as the employment first, selection, to survive, after the development of employment concept, realize multiple pathways, multiple, diverse employment.
